Exciting
news on Valentine's Day! JanePorter.com has
been redesigned and is better than ever. Why redesign
now? Well, I am making a new leap with my writing. Yep, the Chick
Lit bug has hit me and my newest book, The
Frog Prince,
marks a big addition to my career. I say "addition",
not "switch",
so no worries, I am not giving up Harlequin, but this story was
in me and just had to be told. And just for Booksellers, Reviewers and Librarians: Advance reading copies (ARCs) of The Frog Prince are now available! There are three ways to get one: 1. Contact Keri Friedman at Warner (email: keri.friedman@twbg.com).
2. Request your ARC through Warner's website or your regular Warner rep.
3. If you can't get anwhere with Warner, by all means, contact me. Today marks the first
day you can read an excerpt from
this book online. It's about life, picking up the pieces and
moving on. It's about fairy tales, and what happens after "happily
ever after." Several reviews are already posted on my site. I invite you to check them out. In addition to my big Chick Lit debut,
I have two Harlequins coming out. The first, The
Secretary's Seduction,
is due out in a limited release in North Amercia in April -- I encourage
you to check out the excerpt, because if you like heart-wrenching love stories, this is one for you. The second book, The Sheikh's Virgin, is brand new and
will be debuting in the United Kingdom in March for hardcover, May
for Paperback and then in North America in June. The Sheikh's Virgin is
a sequel to The
Sultan's Bought Bride, so if you are the kind of reader
who loves to revisit characters and settings, watch for this one.
We will be posting this excerpt within a month from today, so stay
tuned. In the meantime (and as always), my coming
soon page is a
great source to help keep all my books straight. (I refer to it
a lot myself!) I will be doing a lot of publicity this spring hitting several cities in California (San Francisco, Oakland, Visalia, Fresno, Modesto, Sacramento), Washington (Bellevue, Seattle, Vancouver, Bellingham, and Spokane), as well as events in Oregon, Idaho, Hawaii, and British Columbia.
